These Credit & Go Text Message Terms and Conditions (“Text Message Terms”) govern your participation in Credit & Go’s Text Message Program. By participating in our Text Message Program, you agree to these Text Message Terms. Credit & Go, with a principal place of business at No 22, Market Rd, California, its affiliates, agents, and representatives (referred to as “Credit & Go,” “we,” or “us”) provide this program.

Agreement to Terms

By participating in Credit & Go’s Text Message Program, you signify your agreement to these Text Message Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not participate in the program.

Consent and Opt-In

When you sign up for Credit & Go’s Text Message Program, you provide express written consent to receive automated text messages regarding credit services or marketing from Credit & Go. By continuing to participate in the program, you agree to receive such messages in accordance with these Text Message Terms.

Privacy and Terms

Your participation in Credit & Go’s Text Message Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By participating, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these policies. For more information, visit our website or contact us at info@creditandgo.us.

Cost and Frequency

Credit & Go text messages are complimentary, but Message & Data Rates May Apply depending on your text plan and carrier. Our messages may be sent on a recurring basis.

Opting Out

To stop receiving Credit & Go text messages, text STOP to 245 253 2125. You will receive a confirmation message, and almost all STOP requests are processed immediately. It may take up to three (3) business days to be fully removed from our texting list. Note that texting STOP will only stop text messages to the phone number used to send the STOP request.

Opting Back In

If you previously opted out but wish to start receiving Credit & Go text messages again, you can provide consent by opting back in.
